
Sherry Chen

Sherry Chen, MSOD, MCC, is an executive coach and organizational development
consultant. She also serves as an Enterprise Mentor for the Management School of
Fudan University. Before building her own consulting business, Sherry held senior
leadership roles in business and organizational development within Fortune 500 global
companies for over 20 years. During her tenure, she successfully led a large-scale cross-
border reorganization and change initiative impacting more than 2,000 people across
mainland China and APAC, and her team was recognized with a “Global CEO” award
within the organization.
Sherry’s coaching style is anchored in helping clients clarify and advance their leadership
and business development goals through a systematic, structured approach and systems
thinking. She partners with leaders to navigate uncertainty and complexity, strengthen
their leadership presence, and accelerate progress toward meaningful outcomes.
Drawing on deep business insight and a strong commitment to empowering others, she
has coached executives across industries and functions—including founders and CEOs,
senior VPs, and leaders in e-commerce and global technology companies—supporting
them in breaking through challenges, building trust, and achieving measurable business
and personal goals.
Sherry holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International
Coaching Federation (ICF) and provides coaching and consulting in English and
Mandarin. She earned a Master of Organization Development & Leadership from Saint
Joseph’s University (Philadelphia, PA, USA). MIT Sloan Certified Executive Program in
Digital Business Strategy, and National Psychologist (Grade II). She has a certificate from
the MIT Sloan Executive Program in Digital Business Strategy and is a National
Psychologist (Grade II). Her work spans sectors in technology, pharmaceuticals, banking,
chemistry, energy, and FMCG. Her additional qualifications include Hogan Assessment
Coach certification and Agile Coaching as a Scrum Master.
