Ross Van Horn

Ross is an executive coach and facilitator at GroupWorks with twenty years of global experience
in coaching, facilitation, management consulting, training, and organizational development.

His client work spans the private sector, peacekeeping, international development, and civil
service organizations, with many engagements evolving into long-term partnerships. For over a
decade, Ross designed and taught graduate and undergraduate courses in organizational
development and leadership at Saint Joseph’s University.

Since 2007, Ross has worked continuously across all countries of the Gulf Region, delivering
executive coaching, management skills training, and negotiation skills programs. His portfolio
over the years also includes seven years of executive coaching for leaders at the World Bank and
fifteen years facilitating leadership and all-staff retreats for the United Nations.

Ross holds a Master’s Degree in International Policy from the Middlebury Institute of
International Studies at Monterey, certificates in Appreciative Inquiry (Case Western Reserve
University) and International Mediation and Conflict Resolution (Erasmus University) and is a
graduate of the Coaching Leader Program.
