Rose is an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator focused on developing leadership, team building, and communication skills with professionals in the healthcare and life sciences sector. Her clinical training and business background enables a deep understanding of the challenges faced by leaders across a variety of organizational settings. She is a passionate advocate for helping individuals overcome challenges and become their best selves.

Throughout her thirty-year career, Rose has held senior-level management positions with multinational life sciences organizations, academic health systems, and as a consultant where she partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive results.

She has an extensive background in business strategy, program and project management with a deep knowledge of the biopharma industry and emerging trends.

Rose designs, develops, and delivers engaging educational skills-based learning programs for Research and Development scientists who she also coaches  to unlock insights, improve engagement and ways of working.

As an observer and mentor coach for several coach training programs, Rose enjoys fostering the professional development of rising coaches.

Rose holds a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University, a BSN from Thomas Jefferson University, and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University. She received a Certificate in Health Care Innovation from the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania where she is an adjunct professor in the Department of Health Policy and Medical Ethics.  A graduate of the GroupWorks Coaching Leader Program, Rose is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
