Gretchen is a physician, executive coach, and military Veteran with over 20 years of experience in coaching, professional development, and education for leaders and high-achievers across multiple industries. Her diverse career spans consulting, military service, healthcare delivery, and leadership in medical education.
Career highlights have included crisis management as a healthcare leader during the COVID-19 pandemic and over 15 years in leadership roles in medical education, guiding the next generation of physicians. Along the way, she has found the most joy in providing inspiring leadership through change and helping individuals navigate transitions and challenges.
Gretchen is dedicated to unlocking her clients’ leadership potential and helping high-achieving professionals to thrive at every career stage. She holds degrees from Princeton University and the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, completed her medical residency in the US Army, and earned a Masters of Public Health from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Gretchen is also an ICF-certified coach.
