Greta Ehrhart is a coach and consultant focused on professional fulfillment leadership development. She helps individuals find their place to thrive by aligning their work with their values, strengths, passions, and personal responsibilities. She also supports organizations and leaders as they work to create the type of supportive, growth-oriented environment that draws and retains top talent.

During her 20+ years in healthcare, Greta partnered with senior leaders on a broad variety of change initiatives. The genuine empathy she offers her clients is informed by her firsthand experience. From the heavy emotional burden of offshoring coworkers’ jobs to supporting frontline healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, she has navigated many difficult professional situations. She can help you find the clarity to move forward with confidence and conviction.

Greta is a lifelong learner, who earned her Master of Public Administration and her undergrad in Psychology from Penn State University.  She is an ICF certified coach (ACC) with a graduate certificate in Management Consulting.  She is a CLP Alum (2023) with her own coaching and consulting practice, Straightforward Solutions, LLC.

Greta lives in Landenberg, PA. She is a member of the ICF Philadelphia Chapter.
