Dom has over 675 coaching hours, specializing in coaching senior executives and leaders, particularly those who are at the apex of their careers — or who are operationally or organizationally “stuck.” With more than 25 years of business leadership experience at some of the largest financial services firms, Dom developed, coached, and promoted professionals in the most complex and demanding environments. Throughout his career, Dom forged a record of establishing and structuring organizations, re-engineering processes, realigning functional hierarchies, and redeploying talent for the best alignments possible in highly technical positions, while coaching and advocating for professionals through challenging changes and transitions.

Dom is an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an ICF Global and ICF New Jersey member, and a former ICF North Florida Board Member and Director of Communications. He is a graduate of the Coaching Leader Program at GroupWorks Global and Saint Joseph’s University Haub Center for Professional Development, Philadelphia, PA. Dom holds an MS in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University (SJU), AEL NHS, and a BA from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ.
