Marco Bertola is  Faculty for GroupWorks’ Coaching Leadership Program. He is a  Master Certified Coach, trainer and OD consultant. He has 15+ years of experience in the field of leadership development, change management and coaching. He has worked internationally both as an external consultant as well as within large corporations.

He is a professor of Emotional Intelligence at LIUC University and collaborates as a mentor and supervisor of several coach training programs, such as the one of Saint Joseph’s University of Philadelphia.

He has a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change from the University of Case Western, Cleveland Ohio.

He supports individuals, teams and organizations to achieve their highest potential, discovering and leveraging  on their unique talents.
He is certified with the use of instruments such as MBTI, FIRO-B, Appreciative Inquiry.
