Jackie specializes in coaching and consulting executives and leaders who are leading significant change within their organizations, building an inclusive organizational culture, and/or creating high level, sustained individual/team performance. She is founder of Kindall Evolve Consulting LLC, based on her vision to create a world full of compassionate leaders. Prior to starting her own firm, Jackie worked in the media and financial sectors for 25+ years. She held executive leadership positions for 15+ years.

She is a certified coach through the International CoachingFederation, Center for Creative Leadership and John Maxwell International. She has a Master of Science in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University, and a BA in Sociology from UCLA. She is certified to administer a wide variety of leadership 360 tools and psychometric assessments.
