Andy brings his talent and expertise to GroupWorks as a consultant and coach.  He is an executive coach and leadership development professional with over 20 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations optimize and leverage their strengths through creativity, coaching, and compassion.  He has worked with clients in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, higher education, and non-profit sectors.  Since 2012, he has been an adjunct professor at St. Joseph’s University.  He also writes for the Institute of Coaching (McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School Affiliate) on topics related to coaching and leadership development.

Dr. Cook earned his EdD in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University, with a concentration in creativity and innovation, and an MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University.  He also has a BA in Journalism and a BS in Marketing, both from Penn State.  Dr. Cook is trained in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).  He did his doctoral research on how executive coaches bring creativity into their coaching practice.
