Delores is Executive Director of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Practice at GroupWorks Consulting, LLC. She works with a variety of organizations including higher education, corporate, non-profit, and government to increase their inclusive culture and help teams optimize their effectiveness. Delores has twenty years of experience working with global consulting firms, creating instructional material, facilitating workshops, conducting needs analysis and creating e-learning leadership programs.

She is a Visiting Professor at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia where she advises graduate students through capstone projects and teaches a myriad of organization development topics including:  organizational leadership, organizational culture and change, learning design and implementation, inclusive conversations, and facilitating change.

Delores is an ICF-certified coach who provides clients with executive and career coaching. She uses well-researched methodologies such as emotional intelligence, personality assessment, adult learning, and career development planning.

Delores holds an MS in Organizational Development and Management from Fielding Graduate University. She has authored numerous articles on leadership and self-development as well as a book titled Balance your life:  Take control of your time; discover what really matters.
